Outdoor Night Photography

Unlock the magic of night photography with "Outdoor Night Photography," a workshop focused on capturing captivating portraits after dark. Led by David Arnold, this session explores the interplay of ambient light and creative artificial lighting.

The workshop includes three unique setups, each starting with a 20-minute demo:

• Look 1: Finding Ambient Light – Learn to identify and incorporate existing light sources, such as streetlights or neon signs, for dramatic and atmospheric portraits.
• Look 2: Off-Camera Flash – Use a speedlight or strobe to illuminate your subject while balancing ambient light for dynamic, layered images.
• Look 3: Continuous Lighting – Employ portable LED lights to maintain consistent illumination and add cinematic effects to your shots.

After each demonstration, participants will take turns shooting with a professional model, who will change looks to suit each setup.
