What we’re about
This is a group for adults with ASD in the Davis area who want to make new friends, practice social skills, and share their special interests. Autistic adults often lack resources and support. This is a welcoming group where we can come together without judgment for monthly activities and support.
Here's what you need to know:
Who can join? Any adult, autistic person who wants to socialize.
Are there any fees? No.
When will we meet? This is a new group, but the goal is to schedule one activity every month.
What will we do? Anything we want, but the group will try to accommodate everyone's sensitivities. I think it would be great to take turns sharing our special interests.
Is the group affiliated with an organization? No. I'm just an autistic person who wants to make friends. I couldn't find a group in the area, so I started my own.
