OB Sunday trip 9/21

Some early season surf is starting to show. Forecast calls for chest to head-high surf (swell 3.6' @ 12 sec from 300 degrees). Depending on size we will probably go out somewhere around the middle of the beach.

conditions will not be stellar, it is September after all, but they should be surfable and offer a chance to gauge how ready for the fall we are.

We will meet at the Starbuck's off of Mace Blvd in Davis and carpool. Assume we all pitch in about $25 for gas/tolls. bring some launch or assume we will grab a late lunch somewhere in SF. Water is about 60 degrees.

(There is real swell in the 1-2 week forecast which should start to set up the sand bars and channels for the fall. Hopefully that holds up also.)
