In this circle, we’re focusing on the juicy topic of mom rage and guilt. So many mamas experience rage, so here’s our chance to explore what it is, why it is, along with common triggers, such as lack of adequate support.

It's open to any mama who experiences rage or who would like to better support fellow mamas. This refreshing and informative circle is intended to cultivate connection, understanding, empathy and greater self-compassion.
