About us

Trading can be an intensely personal—and often isolating—journey. If you’ve already started trading and are looking for a thoughtful, in-person space to reflect, refine, and take your next steps, this monthly group is designed for you.
This is not a beginner or “how-to trade” group. Rather, it is a space for traders who already have experience in the markets and want to deepen their relationship with trading—particularly the psychological, emotional, and identity-based aspects that often determine long-term success.
We meet once per month, in person, to create a grounded and supportive environment where members can openly discuss:
• where they are in their trading journey,
• what they are currently working on,
• and the internal challenges that arise as trading becomes more serious.
Trading psychology is often the difference between inconsistency and sustainability. This group prioritizes connection, accountability, and meaningful dialogue with others who understand the mental demands of trading.
Topics we will explore include:
• The psychology of trading: What actually makes someone successful over time?
• Stress, nervous system regulation, and emotional management in active trading
• Defining yourself as a trader and creating accountability around goals and process
• Discussion of current strategies you are working with (not strategy instruction)
• Resources, books, tools, and shared learning from lived experience
If you’re past the “getting started” phase and are looking for a community that supports growth, self-awareness, and psychological resilience in trading, this group offers a space to do that work—together.
