Delivering Accessible Yoga Alternatives: public (online) yoga classes, yoga therapy for anxiety, depression, PTSD, addiction, ecological + societal trauma; adaptive and medically-sensitive yoga programs; and trauma-informed brain-sensitive outreach programs for prisons, schools, hospitals, and rehab centers.

Our collaborative goal as a community is to teach tools that build each student’s essential life skills toolkit that empower them to make a difference in our world. We are actively involved in ecological and social justice efforts.
