The new section at the Villages is “Brownwood Paddock Square” based on our Florida Cracker History. The Villages has been for a few years the fastest-growing city in the Country. They have also doubled since 2010.

The Expansion has now reached to West and South on the Turnpike toward Leesburg and Center Hill. The Polo Grounds are modeled after the scene in My Fair Lady at the Ascot Races.
