10 a.m. You will notice the larger and higher trees in the Historic Southern Victorian-influenced Brooksville. The murals of the old fire station Dalmatians, 50's soda shop, and the civil war scenes are on display at this Southern-styled town.

12: p.m. Dine overlooking the Sponge and Shrimp docks or from any of the many cafes on the marketplace which are reminiscent of those found on Ermou Street in Athens. For those with a flair for cooking or eating, we will make a stop at Halki Market which features International Imported foods and those famous Greek Cheeses. Costas Restaurant serves a fish dish that covers the entire plate and a flaming cheese appetizer “Opal”.

3 PM Come enjoy Tarpon Springs's most popular boat ride. A leisurely 2-hour cruise down the Anclote River into the Gulf of Mexico. Our captain will narrate the entire trip where you will learn about the history of Tarpon Springs and the famous Sponge Docks. Our Dolphin Adventure Island Cruise includes looking for Dolphin, manatee, sea turtles, fish, tropical foliage, and other local wildlife. You will also see the restored and operational Historic Anclote Lighthouse located on the Anclote Island. The boat company provides a bag to collect shells.
5 p.m. Homeward bound to arrive around 8:45 PM after a long but satisfying day. $90members $95 guests
