Script Workshop

This workshop is for members who want to participate in our next film (scheduled to shoot on Saturday September 6th).

We'll be looking for actors and crew, including a director!

The script hasn't been finalised yet - but it will be set in one space with two actors - perfect for newbies to filmmaking!

On this evening, we'll be reading through the script, having a play with the lines and roles, and planning ahead for who will be doing what on shoot day itself, all in the convivial atmosphere of an old East London pub. If you've never been involved in filmmaking before - do not worry - we can teach you! We're a friendly group, we're new and we're learning from each other.

Food and drink will be available from the bar, but the workshop itself will be in a private room. As you enter the pub, ask for "Richard" or "Days' End" and they'll direct you to the workshop. The deal we have with the landlord means that participants are expected to purchase something at the bar.

There's a small fee for each workshop - this is to cover the cost of hiring the room and to provide a small budget for our next film, which we will be making on Saturday, September 6th.
