Sound Bath in my backyard.

Every 2nd Thursday of the month, my backyard transforms into a mini temple of gongs, bowls, and good vibrations (yes, actual good vibrations, not just the Beach Boys kind).
For one glorious hour, you’ll be bathed in the deep tones of Tibetan bowls, the shimmering chimes of crystal bowls, the cosmic hum of the gong, and the grounding beat of the drum.
It’s like a spa for your nervous system, without the cucumber water.
Details:

• When: Second Thursday of each month, for around an hour
• Where: My backyard (outdoors until Mother Nature kicks us inside)
• What to Bring: Yoga mat, picnic blanket, pillows, a warm blanket, and a yoga mat if you prefer to lie down (chairs are always available).
• Exchange: $20 per person (cash or Venmo to reserve in advance)

If you know someone who doesn’t yet realize that sound can heal, bring them along for some “healing in disguise.” Maybe they’ll be pleasantly surprised.
