Volunteer at HOPE HOUSE

Hi folks, we are going back to my favorite place to volunteer - Hope House Men's shelter

We will be cooking, cleaning and serving food for roughly 80 residents of BOTH men’s and women’s shelters. We have never before undertaken such a massive commitment before but these are difficult times.

You will volunteer your time, effort and money to cook and serve food to our fellow humans. I will post a menu and you can choose your item to serve. Please understand that the volunteer chooses their dish and they provide that dish for all 80 people. *****If that is not possible for you the please state how many people you can accommodate.

That is a lot of food and you need to be comfortable with that time and money commitment.

Of course there are plenty of volunteers there who can help you but you bring the raw ingredients- there is no going around that.

If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to ask.

I am certainly not a chef and you do not need to be in order to volunteer.
