Whole Foods Wine Tasting event
Enter the building thru the left set of doors (produce area)
I’ll arrive 4:50 pm and be inside near the front windows just after entering the left set of doors, moving to Customer Service at 5:00 pm to purchase tickets.

$10 per person – purchase your ticket at Customer Service beginning at 5:00 pm.

There will be five (5) wine & food pairing stations set up throughout the store beginning in the Produce department and ending in the Bakery department.
Drink responsibly. Wine pours will be 2 oz each. Pouring will be from 5:00-7:00.

The legal stuff: RELEASE AND INDEMNIFICATION: I, the Dayton-Middletown Social Indoors/Outdoors Connection 40+ MeetUp member or guest, in consideration of the right to attend or participate in the event or program described on the Dayton-Middletown Social Indoors/Outdoors Connection 40+ MeetUp event page, (the “Event”), do hereby agree to the following relating to the Event.

In exchange for being allowed to attend or participate in this Event, I hereby release and forever discharge and agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Dayton-Middletown Social Indoors/Outdoors Connection 40+ MeetUp Organizer, the Event Organizer, individually, as well as their estate, family members, and any of their representatives, agents and employees from any and all claims, demands, rights, expenses, actions, and causes of action, of whatever kind, arising from or by reason of any personal injury, bodily injury, property damage, or the consequences thereof, whether foreseeable or not, resulting from or in any way connected with my attendance or participation in the Event.
