Swing dancing with Gem City Swing is starting back up again this month! I'm not exactly hosting this so much as I just want to let people know that it's going on. But if you go, don't hesitate to say hello to me. I've been here several times and it's a blast! They teach Lindy Hop and / or East Coast Swing from 7-8, and then there's open dance from 8-9 every Tuesday. There is a beginners class and an advanced class inside the Czech-Slovak Club building. You can choose the class that fits your skill level. Gem City Swing is a great group of people! Very warm, supportive and nonjudgmental, and the teachers are super patient. So don't be intimidated! If you come for lessons and open dance, the cost is $10. If you just come for open dance, the cost is $5.
