Join us for our weekly Tuesday evening track workout.

We will begin with a 1 mile (4 laps) warmup. During the summer we will have a short session of running drills to help with form (we skip this in the winter months).

Following the drills we will begin our main workout ranging from 400's, 800's, 1200's and even 1600's. We will have shorter workout options based on abilities/experience. Following the speed work we will do a group cool down of 1 mile (4 laps).

The nice part is no matter how fast or slow you are, we will all be together on the track! Meet us at 5:45pm at the track.

We'll stretch, warm up and start the workout at 6:00pm sharp.
