Introducing the Gem City Winter Classic, a special 4-week OUTDOOR co-ed soccer league for players who aren't afraid of a little chill and want to keep the game going through November! ❄️⚽️
This Meetup event is here to spread the word about this unique mini-league. Please note: To actually play in the league, you MUST register and pay through the official Gem City Social Sports website. RSVPing on Meetup does NOT secure your spot on a team.

### About the Gem City Winter Classic (Thursday League):

• What: A fun, fast-paced 4-week OUTDOOR co-ed social soccer league. Yes, you read that right - bundle up and play under the lights!
• When: Thursday Nights, November 6th - December 4th. (We WILL skip Thursday, November 27th for Thanksgiving).
• Game Times: Games will be scheduled between 7:00 PM and 9:00 PM.
• Where: The Dayton Kroc Center (1000 N Keowee St) on the Outdoor Turf Fields under the stadium lights.
• Vibe: Social, fun-focused, and welcoming to all skill levels. It's about staying active and having a blast, even when it's cold!

### How to Register & Join a Team:

To play in the Gem City Winter Classic, you must register online. We have three easy ways to join:
1. As a Free Agent (Individual): Perfect if you're signing up solo! Register as a "Free Agent," and we'll place you on a team.
2. As a Small Group: Have a few friends you want to play with? Each person registers individually and then creates or joins a "small group" to ensure you're all placed on the same team.
3. As a Full Team: Got your whole winter-ready squad? A team captain can register and pay for a "Full Team" to reserve all your spots.
