Free Yoga and Heartfulness Meditation

Join us for Yoga offered by a rotation of our volunteer Yoga teachers every Thursday with a different style of Yoga each week. Classes are designed for beginners but can be modified for intermediate or advanced Yoga practitioners. After gently stretching our bodies, we will be able to go deeper and integrate what we've done by ending the class with Heartfulness meditation.
