Join us for Yoga offered by our amazing team of Yoga volunteers! Each week will offer a different style of Yoga. Classes are designed for beginners but can be modified for intermediate or advanced Yoga practitioners. After gently stretching our bodies, we will be able to go deeper and integrate what we've done by ending the class with Heartfulness meditation.

Date: Weekly on Saturdays, join any week
Time: 9:00am - 10:00am Yoga,
10:00am - 10:30am Guided Relaxation and Heartfulness Meditation
Bring Yoga mat and water bottle with you, or use a yoga mat and water fountain there.
