Boundaries Without Guilt: How to Say No and Put Yourself First
Details
This is a one-hour workshop for anyone who feels exhausted from saying yes when they mean no — and can't quite figure out how to stop. In this session, we'll cover three things:
Why boundaries are actually essential. We'll look at what a boundary really is, why most people have it wrong, and how the T.I.M.E. Freedom Framework gives you a clear system for building boundaries that actually stick.
Why saying no feels so hard. You'll understand the real reason you keep overcommitting, what that pattern is costing you, and what changes when you finally name it out loud.
What your life looks like on the other side. Through a guided visualization and two partner exercises, you'll get a real feel for what life looks like when you stop people-pleasing and start honoring what actually matters to you.
By the end, you'll walk away with a completely new perspective on why boundaries are essential, real insight into why saying no has felt so hard, a clear picture of what living without boundaries is actually costing you, and a guided vision of what your life could feel like when that changes.
