Join us in a co-sponsored event with the Job Hackers Agile Meetup group based in California on gathering customer focused requirements.
Successful businesses emphasize customer focus throughout their development cycle. We accomplish this with our simple process called the Value Cycle. This workshop will cover a key component of this process, Story Mapping.
Story mapping is a process created by Jim Patton and published in his 2014 book User Story Mapping. Story mapping provides a shared understanding of the system being built, helping to generate requirements and build the initial product backlog.
Presented by Helene Gidley, this workshop includes building and refining a story map in groups, where attendees will gain insights into uncovering additional activities and streamlining processes.
