🌳Organic Farming & Forest Lunch by Campfire w/Pure Honey Butter Toasts & Coffee

Would you like to experience organic farming while feeling the nature in Ogawamachi, a town in Japan well known for organic agriculture?
On the day, we’ll do farm work such as sowing seeds, planting seedlings, and preparing for winter in my field 🧅🥬
Let’s feel the soil with your hands and enjoy a pleasant time of farm work together 👨‍🌾✨

After that, we’ll move to the forest we manage 🌳
Feel the refreshing autumn air in the forest and relax your mind🍁
Then, gather around the campfire and enjoy a cozy lunchtime together🔥🪵

This time’s theme is “Honey” 🍯🐝
We’ll make and enjoy pure honey butter toasts using natural Japanese honey from Hanazono Beekeeping Farm in Saitama.
We’ll prepare several types of honey, so you can taste and compare their different flavors and aromas 😋🍯

This time, we’ll also have a special guest — a beekeeper Mr. Matsumoto from Hanazono Beekeeping Farm!
You’ll get to hear about the difference between natural and commercial honey, the varieties of honey, and stories about beekeeping 👨‍🌾🐝

For lunch, we’ll also serve side dishes made with fresh vegetables from my farm 🥬✨
After lunch, please enjoy coffee by the campfire for a relaxing afternoon ☕️

Feel the soil and relax by the warm fire in the forest, and enjoy dishes made with fresh vegetables and honey while connecting with other nature lovers 😊

◼︎Schedule:
10:00: Meet at the entrance of Ogawamachi Station
10:00–10:10: Self-introductions
10:10–10:30: Walk to the farm
10:30–11:45: Organic farming experience
11:45–12:00: Move to our traditional Japanese house / restroom break
12:00–15:00: Forest Hiking, Forest Lunch, Campfire & Coffee, and Talk with Mr. Matsumoto
15:00–15:30: Return to Ogawamachi Station
(Train example: 15:46 departure → 16:49 arrival at Ikebukuro, or 16:03 departure → 17:17 arrival)
*The schedule is a rough estimate and may change depending on the situation. The event will go ahead even with light rain.

◼︎Participation Fee:
・4,500 yen + 500 yen for insurance = 5,000 yen
・The fee covers lunch ingredients, activity and cooking preparation, guide support, and the maintenance of the forest we manage.
・Please pay in cash at the meeting place on the day of the event. (We’ll have change available. If you cannot prepare cash, please consult us in advance.)

◼︎About Insurance:
・Covers medical expenses in case of injury.

・Beginner level
・Includes some gentle uphill areas

・In front of Ogawamachi Station (Tobu Tojo Line)
Note: This is Ogawamachi in Saitama, not in Tokyo.
・10:00 AM. There is a convenience store nearby. Please take care of shopping or restroom needs before we start.
・Please be on time as we cannot wait for late arrivals.

◼︎What to Bring & Wear:
・Drinking water
・Clothes you don’t mind getting dirty during farm work
・Hiking shoes are ideal, but sneakers are also okay
・We’ll provide work gloves, but feel free to bring your own if you have a pair
・Change of clothes if needed (a place to change is available)

◼︎Confirmation Deadline:
✅ 10 days before (Thursday, October 23)
✅ We’ll send a confirmation message to all registered participants. Please reply by the deadline.
If we don’t receive a reply, you’ll be placed on the Wait List.
✅ To avoid food waste, please refrain from canceling after confirmation.
※Some spots may open up due to last-minute cancellations, so please message us if you’d like to join after the deadline.

「有機農業体験と、焚き火のそばで楽しむ森のランチ 〜国産天然ハニーバタートーストとコーヒー付き〜」

日本で有機農業が盛んな町・小川町で、自然を感じながら有機農業を体験してみませんか？
当日は、野菜の種まきや苗の植え付け、冬の寒さ対策などの畑作業を私の畑で行う予定です🧅🥬
土に触れ、心地よい農作業のひとときを楽しみましょう👨‍🌾✨

作業のあとは、私たちが管理している森へ移動します🌳
森の中で秋の涼しげな空気を感じながら、ゆったりと癒されましょう🍁そして、焚き火を囲んでランチタイムを楽しみましょう🔥🪵

今回のテーマは「ハチミツ」🍯🐝
埼玉県・花園養蜂場の松本さんの 国産天然蜂蜜を使ったハニーバタートースト を、その場で焼いて味わいます。
数種類の蜂蜜をご用意しますので、味や香りの違いを楽しみながら食べ比べましょう😋🍯
さらに今回は特別に、花園養蜂場さんにも来ていただき、天然蜂蜜と市販品の違い、蜂蜜の種類、養蜂についてのお話も伺います👨‍🌾🐝

ランチには、私の畑で採れた新鮮な野菜を使った副菜もご用意します🥬✨
食後には、焚き火を囲みながらコーヒーをお楽しみください☕️

土に触れ、森の中で焚き火に癒され、新鮮な野菜や蜂蜜を使った料理を味わいながら、自然好きな人との出会いを楽しみましょう😊

■ スケジュール：
10:00: 小川町駅の入口で集合
10:00-10:10: 自己紹介
10:10-10:30: 畑までウォーキング
10:30-11:45: 有機農業体験
11:45-12:00: 古民家へ移動、トイレ休憩
12:00〜15:00：森ハイキング、森でのランチ、焚き火＆コーヒー、松本さんとのお話
15:00-15:30: 小川町駅に戻る
（15:46小川町駅発、16:49池袋駅着の電車もしくは16:03小川町駅発、17:17池袋駅着の電車）

■ 参加費:
・4,500円＋保険代500円=5,000円
・参加費は昼食の材料、昼食やアクティビティの準備、ガイド、私たちが管理する山の維持のために使用されます。

■ 森でのハイキングコースのレベル:
・初級者レベル
・少し上り坂があります。
・皆でペースを合わせて歩きます。

■ 集合場所と時間
・東武東上線小川町駅の入り口前 ※注意：東京の小川町ではなく埼玉県の小川町です。
・午前10:00。近くにコンビニがあります。必要な物の購入やトイレなど済ませて集合ください。
・遅れて到着された方をお待ちできないので、お時間にお気をつけください。

■当日利用可能な電車の例：
・池袋、渋谷、横浜、新宿三丁目、武蔵小杉、中目黒などから電車で一本で来れます。

■持ち物、服装
・飲料水
・畑で作業をするので、汚れても問題のない格好で来てください。
・森ではハイキングシューズだと歩きやすいですが、スニーカーで来られる方もいます。
・軍手はこちらで用意しますが、お持ちの方はご持参ください。
・着替えたい方は着替え（着替える場所を用意します）
