Spring is knocking on our door so it's time to wake our bodies and minds up! Like every week we meet for English Hatha Yoga class in Friedrichshain. The class is 90 minutes and is dedicated to different theme every week where we focus on:

  • Breathing
  • Stretching
  • Balance
  • Strength building

The class is also focused on correcting postures for every individual and is designed for beginner and intermediate level.

The class is free but I kindly ask you for donation to cover up the studio expenses :) You can send a message for more information. You can come 15 minutes earlier than the start time to get prepared.
