Title: Covering your “assets” (CYA) when you blame your infrastructure for poor performance (300-level)

DBAs often face a finger-pointing match with infrastructure and application owners when troubleshooting performance issues, no matter if it is in the cloud or on-premises. This session will demonstrate tools and techniques for gathering objective telemetry from all layers of the infrastructure to objectively demonstrate where performance problems lie, and discuss how to present the findings in a manner that ends arguments and aids collaboration.
