September 3, Your Heart, Your Compass
Just as a compass points us in the direction we're looking to
go, our heart can do the same when we tune it to the direction
in which we want to go. This heart-opening session will include
exercises to help you to tune into your true desires and set
your inner compass to point you in that direction.
September 10th: The Nervous System: The Fuse Box
Our brain and spinal cord from which the nervous system
branches out, acts like the main fuse box in a building. Just
as a fuse can protect a circuit from damage due to overload
the nervous system offers mechanisms that can help
manage stress, load and prevent damage. This module will
help you manage that system with greater awareness.
September 17th: Your Days: Pixels to a Greater Future
Just as a painting is composed of brush strokes; and a digital
picture is composed of pixels - our days sustain the structure
of our lives.. It is possible to design our lives in alignment with
our vision by cultivating them in a way that is conducive to the
life we want to live. This module helps you consider and
choose the colors you want to use in building your best life.
September 24th: Your Awareness, Your Steering Wheel
Our energy is the force that impulses us in a direction. Our
attention is the driving force that steers our aspirations,
motivations and vitality to invest towards the direction we want
to go in. This module allows you to focus the resources
mentioned in the previous modules towards the life you've
been meaning to live in a deliberate and effective way to
achieve fulfilling results.
