IN-PERSON Family & Friends Support Group - North County

In-person Family & Friends support groups will resume July 28th in North County!
Every 2nd & 4th Wednesday we have a specialty group for family & friends of people with mental health challenges. We realize you have unique issues and this is a place for you to get to talk about your experience and share tips and tricks. Everyone is welcome to share a topic related to your mental health or your loved one and get feedback. If you prefer, you may just listen and give feedback to others. This is one of two specialty family & friends groups offered in the county. It is small and offers ample time to share your experience and resources.

This meeting is for family and friends of those with mental health challenges, NOT patients/consumers.
This meeting is held in a church but is NOT faith-based.
