Our community for young adults (ages 18-35) meets every Thursday 7pm-8pm for group meditation and discussion based on different Buddhist topics. Our intention is to provide a safe space of refuge to breathe, reflect, listen, share, and connect.

The Young Adult program is a core part of Delta Beta Tau, a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit Organization founded on the Buddhist principles of generosity, morality. patience, diligence, meditation and wisdom. We focus on creating spaces where college students and young adults from all races, gender identities, sexual orientations, religions, and abilities come together while cultivating compassion, generosity, and wisdom through meditation, community service, and friendship.

Those who attend are not necessarily Buddhist and it is not our intention for them to become Buddhist. It is our deepest wish to share the practice of loving-kindness, helping others live a more peaceful life. We encourage you to bring a friend and look forward to seeing you!
