Two basic emotions drive everything we do in life. 1) The avoidance of fear (negativity) and 2) The pursuit of happiness (positivity). In this presentation, Jeremy will prove this concept and discuss how it can be used in the home, schools and the workplace to change minds and increase success rates in Agile transformations. He will discuss science, real life examples, and techniques for challenges such as managing up, getting through to resisters, and taking the first steps towards in new direction.

About the Presenter:

Jeremy Webb has spent nearly a decade in leadership roles of various types and industries, launched dozens of top performing products to emerging and existing markets and was a key contributor in a transformation effort that led to selling a company for a billion dollars. During these efforts, Jeremy identified trends in what makes certain teams and organizations more effective than others and began researching and building systems to replicate the high performance environments.

In 2013, Jeremy co-founded Organizational Engineering with the intent of Changing the Way the World Works ™ and Making the World a Better Place Though Better Business ™. The organization focuses on making work more enjoyable and more productive through the implementation of self-management practices.
