Free Latin Dance Class & Social Picnic @ Mitchell Park

Join us for a sunny afternoon of dancing, snacks, and chill picnic vibes at beautiful Mitchell Park, just a short walk from Dupont Circle Metro!

We’ll kick things off at 3:30 PM with a relaxed picnic hangout—bring your blanket, snacks, water, and good energy.
Then at 4:00 PM sharp, the fun really begins with a free Salsa & Bachata class taught by the amazing Anjeza Permeti!

Anjeza is a seasoned dance coach, choreographer, and theater teacher with over 15 years of experience—from ballet stages to Latin dance floors. She’s currently teaching at Arthur Murray Dance Center in Chevy Chase and is known for her energetic, inclusive teaching style.

Whether you’re a first-time dancer or a seasoned salsero, you’re welcome!
No partner or experience needed—just come ready to move and make new friends.

Stick around after the class to keep dancing, mingle, or just enjoy the park until 6:00 PM.
