Join us for our July DC Data Engineering meetup where U.Group's Lead Data Scientist, Dr. Andrew Godbehere will present on a recent project, in which he and his team developed a real-time audio processing system, in an off-line environment, with a single machine.
Despite those limitations, they were able to develop an application that ran multiple deep-learning models in parallel on streaming audio data, all with Python. Dr. Godbehere will discuss the possibilities this approach presents for IoT and edge computing, as well as the real-time capabilities of Python.
