Join us for a relaxed and enriching city walk on a journey through history and culture! The meetup begins at 10:30 AM at the Waterfront Metro Station in Washington, D.C., where we’ll kick off our adventure. Together, we’ll stroll across the river on the new Frederick Douglass Memorial Bridge, taking in the sights and passing by historic landmarks along the way, en route to the Frederick Douglass National Historic Site. The total length of the walk is approximately 6 miles, so it’s perfect for an easy-paced, scenic exploration.

Details:
Distance: Leisurely, largely flat, 6 miles, out and back.
Dogs: Bring your furry friends on max 6' leash—they’re welcome to join!
Fees: Free of charge—just bring yourself and good vibes.
What to Bring: Comfortable walking shoes, lunch to enjoy during a break, and at least 2 liters of water to stay hydrated.
