Sugarloaf Mountain Hike with Anacostia Children

Alright, it's not much of a mountain, but it is a great adventure for the Highland youth, with beautiful views. We recommend sturdy hiking shoes/boots, and warm clothes.

Volunteers should meet at Highland at 10am. We will return to the school no later than 5pm. Lunch will be provided, but you are welcome to bring a snack if you'd like. If you have access to a car, please indicate in the RSVP questions. If you will be coming by Metro, we will pick up at 9.45am at Congress Heights Metro. Please check WMATA for potential track delays.
