Topic: The Future of Agile is Flow
Most teams can feel the shift of the last two years before they can name it. Work that used to take a sprint now lands in an afternoon. The scope a small team can credibly take on has outgrown the cadence to plan it. And as code gets cheaper, risk moves to other parts of the workflow. The practices that carried us here assumed the binding constraint was how fast people could produce but itt no longer is.
This session is about what still holds up when speed, scope, and risk all move at once. Flow answers all three, not because it is new, but because it makes the whole system visible: how long work actually takes, how much is in motion, and where the delay is really hiding. We will look at what practitioners inside organizations adopting AI at scale are seeing, what their data is telling them, and the handful of practices that keep delivery predictable when everything around it speeds up.
