This is a group for busy people looking to share info and ideas on first time home buying in the DC / Maryland corridor. Some of the things we talk about together include neat $0 Down buying programs, 3% and 3.5% Down mortgages, how to finance brand-new townhomes/new condos, and how to buy your first home in 30 - 45 days smoothly and efficiently. We're a group for those who don't have a lot of free time to waste!
We started this group as a Meetups offshoot of a successful Facebook Event that has been running 1-2x a week since mid 2013! At any given live session in our space we're talking to DC professionals, government employees, single mothers, young MD families and anyone who takes the time to walk in the door!
