Frederick MD: Beer Yoga & Beer Festival

There are a couple options for this event, so please read thru carefully. 🤗

We’ve partnered with our goods friends at Eat Yoga Drink for beer yoga in Frederick MD. There is ALSO a beer fest goin on in Frederick later in the day (tickets for this are completely separate from the packages below)

So, your options:

Beer retreat- $80+tax 9am- 6:30pm
Round trip transportation from Arlington/Falls Church to Frederick & beer yoga. Some attendees will have purchased a ticket to the beer festival, some people have plans to explore Frederick until our departure time.

Beer Yoga ONLY- $25+tax 10:30am-Noon
Beer Yoga at Idiom (1st beer included)
