Mellow Yoga is a quiet, welcoming practice meant to offer a mindful transition from weekend to workweek. The class combines a gentle building of energy with plenty of calming, relaxing poses. Appropriate for beginners, with modifications, or the ambitious as well.
Please reserve your spot at www.piesfitnessyoga.com. The session is offered OnLine only. The Zoom link for the OnLine session will be emailed 15 minutes before class starts to those who are registered at www.piesfitnessyoga.com. Sign up for sessions must be made at least 2 hours prior to class.
