Joint Session with DCAST -- BDD Lessons Learned

The client had everything tested, or so they thought. Having all-hands manually checking everything before a release wasn't too bad. Except it took a month and these efforts were guided by a massive Excel spreadsheet. And not to mention issues were turning up late in the cycle and/or in production...

Fast forward 15 months and now they are doing Specification Workshops, writing Gherkin, automating tests with Cucumber and Selenium, and leveraging manual testing more strategically.
