Spring Fling Soiree @ The Bethesdan Hotel

Hi ladies, Join us at The Bethesdan Hotel for our Spring Fling Soiree! Enjoy drinks at the bar, sit down for dinner, and socialize with friends, new and old. As always, we invite you to bring your significant other. So assemble your favorite spring outfits such as a flirty sundress, pastel A-line dress, or floral midi-dress, and join us at our Soiree in bustling downtown Bethesda!

We will be hanging out at the bar, lounge, and restaurant areas starting at 6 pm and chilling 'til the bar closes around 11 pm. After that we have the option of heading to a local bar like Tommy Joe’s that makes sense to the post-11 pm adventurers (if you have ideas or a strong preference please let us know through messages or conversations).

Attire

We want to reinforce the goodwill produced at our previous events, so we expect everyone to wear attire appropriate for a mainstream space. We take pride in the variety of ensembles ladies display while maintaining our tasteful and chic individual style. No fetish or similar 'exotic' wear, please.

If you’re looking to get your Soiree makeup professionally applied, our very own Elizabeth Taylor (Beth) will be offering makeup makeovers at her studio in Takoma Park, MD (https://makeoverswithelizabethtaylor.com).

Bring your smartphones and cameras, and take pics to share on our meetup site.

Lodging

Please consider overnighting at the hotel, and if you do, then be sure to book your reservation using our excellent group rate of $119 + tax (or alternatively exercise your AAA, AARP or Hilton Honors membership discounts). Soirees
At our signature soirees, we invite trans-women, their partners, and friends to socialize, network, and relax. We encourage new girls to come out to help boost their confidence and garner tips from those more experienced. And of course, we love having our regulars come out too!

If you're not feeling ready for girl mode in public, you are still welcome to attend in guy mode. Upon arrival, introduce yourself as a member to the hosts, and we will welcome you warmly. Please consider joining us for dinner, drinks, and socializing. It is an opportunity to sit with your sisters and get to know them.

Parking
Montgomery County now charges for Saturday parking. Park in the PAID CITY GARAGE LOT at 8216 Woodmont Ave. Park on the second floor or above for greater than 2 hour parking. Use ParkMobile to pay or use a credit card at the machine. Walk up the parking ramp of the hotel to the main entrance. Walk straight through to where we are or turn right to check into hotel.

Alternatively, you can pay to park in the hotel garage, but it is small with low ceilings. Hotel parking costs a discounted rate of $25.00 Overnight and $15.00 Event Parking. Contact the front desk to make sure you get this discounted rate. Warning: large SUVs and trucks will *NOT* fit into the hotel garage. If you drive a large SUV or truck, then use the city garage across the street.
