Let's take a nature walk through a large portion of Rock Creek Park!

Route:

  • Start at Silver Spring Metro Station
  • Follow the East West Highway till Washington Avenune
  • Take a Left onto Washington Avenune
  • Take a Left onto Grubb Road
  • Walk along Grubb Road until Boundary Trail
  • Follow the Boundary Trail until Valley trail (take a left)
  • Follow Valley Trail to Beach Drive
  • Walk south on Beach Drive till Rock Creek Trail
  • Walk South on Rock Creek Trail till Duke bridge
  • After the bridge get of the Rock Creek Trail
  • Walk down Connecticut Ave till DuPont Metro
  • Finsh at the DuPont Metro

Millage: 9.9 miles
Start Location: Silver Spring Metro Station
End Location: DuPont Metro Station

Terrain: This will be mostly flat, on paved or gravel ground, with possible dirt trails!
