Brad Bowers

Brad Bowers is Security Operations Manager for a large financial institution with over 10 years of experience in security engineering, system forensics and incident response. Brad is a frequent writer and presenter on topics of emerging threats and threat intelligence. For the last couple years Brad has been working on projects focusing on hardware and RF security.

Brad will be speaking about the following topic:

Dark Web / Hidden Web - What is it, how it works, and how it can be
used for good by the Info Sec Community. Since the Snowden details
have come out there has been a large migration of "grey sites" to Tor
and I2P. Many of these sites have become repositories of interesting
info sec materials including new "Zero Day exploit" to "Hack for Hire"
services.
