Join us at the Silver Branch brewery for our first Silver Spring book swap!
One of the things I love about this meetup is that people who love books tend to be inquisitive people with interesting perspectives on our world.
How it works:
1. Bring a book.
2. Buy some food or something to drink.
3. Take a book.
3. Meet some interesting people!
Silver Branch brewery is right across the street from the Silver Spring Metro stop. It's got a great outdoor patio space as well as lots of indoor tables. The food menu is good, and they have both alcoholic and non-alcoholic options.

Bring a gently-used book that you'd recommend, and feel free to take one or two books home with you.

Ask other folks about the books they brought, and get to know some of your fellow local book lovers.

You are welcome to bring more than one book to the book swap, but quality is more important that quantity. (Does anybody really want your old Toyota Camry repair manual?)

We'll do some quick intros at the beginning.

We may take a photo or two for promoting the book swap. Feel free to let me know if you don't want to be in it.
What kinds of books can I bring?
All kinds of books, and all genres welcome! (Except for automotive repair manuals.) This is an opportunity for all of us to dive deeper into our favorite genres or try reading something new.
