7th Annual DCESK8 DC Invasion

Come Join the Largest Electric Skateboarding Event in Washington DC! This gigantic group ride will be the final big DC event until the next warm weather riding season.

The weekend unofficially begins on Friday night where we will join DC Bike Party's monthly ride. This is typically a massive party-style ride including hundreds of bicycles taking over DC's streets. If you have never been, it is something you will not want to miss! The ride meets at Dupont Circle at 7:30pm and departs at 8pm. On Saturday, December 14th, we will be hosting group rides all day. Our meetup will take place at Union Station, at the Freedom Bell at 11AM. The ride will depart at noon. Our last ride of the day will finish near Union Station, therefore it is best to park near the station or use public transportation.

There will be two official rides. The first ride at noon will be open to all types of PEVs and experience levels. It will last approximately 8 miles.

The second ride will begin at 3pm and also be open to all experience levels.

On Sunday December 15th, if weather permits, we will host an Intro2Speed track day at the Skate Park at RFK. This is an opportunity to put your PEV to the test on a closed track made of cones.

Please be respectful of our charging locations. No outside food or beverage is allowed. No smoking of any substance is allowed on the property. When we break these rules, we end up not being welcomed back to these charging locations which is a loss for the entire community.
