Ed Walters, Chief Strategy Officer at vLex, on LLMs for Law

On Feb 1 at 6pm DC LegalHackers will host Ed Walters, Chief Strategy Officer at vLex, former CEO of Fastcase, and Adjunct Professor at Georgetown Law, to discuss LLMs and their best applications in the legal field. Ed will discuss what kinds of legal work Large Language Models are good at (legal reasoning) and what areas are still reserved to humans, whether it's possible to teach transformers to "think like a lawyer," or if we'd even want to, and what new tools vLex and Fastcase have developed.
