We are SO excited to feature a Workshop with one of the co-founders of JRINK Shizu Okusa. Shizu runs our absolute favorite food business in DC right now. We are huge fans of fresh, cold-pressed juice and having a local spot in town with delicious concoctions (and great branding) has been the highlight of the summer.
We also love how well they've mastered the co-habitation model that has been hugely popular around DC. Ever since Blind Dog moved into a bar, restaurants have been sharing space and sharing customers. JRINK took it one step further, by sharing space not with other foodies, but with workout studios around town. Ingenious.
