Dr. Steve Blake is back from Hawaii!!

He and his wife Cat will be here all the way from Maui where they life on an organic farm. Steve will inspire us after our great raw food potluck. This will truly be an inspiring event because Steve has a lot of knowledge to share.

For the potluck please bring one of your favorite raw dish to share. Please no agave or GMO products and as much as possible organic. We will honor best dishes.

About Dr. Steve Blake

Steve Blake, ScD, offers classes at the University of Hawaii on Maui. He has taught classes at Stanford University, Harvard’s psychiatric teaching hospital McLean, and at Boston University Medical Center.

Dr. Blake is author of the 2008 McGraw‐Hill college textbook Vitamins and Minerals Demystified. He has just completed writing A Nutritional Approach to Alzheimer’s Disease. He is author of the reference book Understanding Dietary Fats and Oils: A Scientific Guide to their Health Effects. He is co‐author of Mosby's Drug Guide for Nurses, 4th Edition and Mosby's 2001 Nursing Drug Reference. He is the author of Alternative Remedies, published by Harcourt Brace.

Steve Blake also authored the Diet Doctor, software for analyzing dietary nutrients. This research software has been instrumental in revealing nutritional deficiencies in Alzheimer’s disease patients.

Steve Blake attended the University of California at Berkeley. He has a doctor of science degree in nutritional biochemistry.
