Break free from the stress of life and enjoy a Sunday morning filled with laughter, fun, community, and freedom to be who you are! Give yourself permission to leave all of the worry and responsibilities at the door and bask in letting your body move with abandonment and authenticity.
Through guided prompts and a customized music play list you will be lead through a movement journey that will have you releasing all the anxiety that your mind and body have been carrying. After our time on the dance floor you will receive writing prompts that will add an additional layer of self empowerment and authentic self expression.
