Saraya Island Beach Camping

We are heading out to Saraya Island in Ras Al Khaimah to enjoy the cooler weather and great beach it has to offer.

TRANSPORTATION: Our intent is to accommodate all members who would like to attend this event. We will help coordinate rides as we get closer and have a better understanding of who will be attending.

PLEASE NOTE: The actual camp will be 100m away from sedan parking spot. 4x4s can easily access the beach site.

WHAT TO BRING:
1 - Weather appropriate clothing (swimsuits, towels, etc.)
2 - Tent & Sleeping Bag
3 - Lamp or Flashlight
4 - Food & Snacks
5 - Drinks (Please ensure you bring adequate water)
6 - Chairs & Blankets
7 - Games & Activities

FOOD: In the past we have found that it is better to have attendees bring and contribute food items in a "potluck" manner. This usually ensures that there is adequate food for everybody and provides a wide variety to choose from.

The following are some suggested items:

• Chicken, Lamb or Beef BBQ (kebabs)
• Vegetables
• Fruits
• Salads
• Bread or other Appetizers

We will provide a BBQ grill and charcoal, but it would be great to have a couple more to assist in cooking for everybody. If you have one and can contribute please bring it along.
