Agenda:

• Warm up exercise to get to know each other and set the focus of the session (10 min.)
• One or two participants get coached, 1 on 1. (30 min.) It's okay, if you don't want to be a coachee. It's still a chance to learn and understand by witnessing others facing similar challenges
• Q&A session (10 min.)

• This is an event for men, who act with respect and are willing to support each other.
