• Communication and Coordination:

Focused on coordination and communication in projects. The workshop will consist of a short presentation by a panel of experts from various Project Management fields, and a question and answer session.

• Key questions addressed:

Effectively managing an interdisciplinary team. Effectively executing a project. Effectively running meetings. Communications with all stakeholders (clients, subcontractors, and vendors)

Tuesday, May 9, 2017 (6:00 PM - 7:30 PM)

•Finances:

The topic of this presentation is financing and budgeting. The event will provide information about setting and controlling a budget, as well as addressing budget overruns.

• Key questions addressed:

How to set a budget. How to control a budget. How to ask client for more money. How to manage an overrun project. How to plan a contingency

Each presentation will be followed by a Q&A session and open networking.
