🚀 Event description
When starting a new project or modernising an existing system, how do you go about discovering in-depth the problem space and underlying domain?
At N26, we have found Event Storming to be a great visual and collaborative modelling technique for achieving this with cross-functional teams. This is why we have been using it quite extensively and continue to find it highly beneficial.
In this workshop, you will have the opportunity to practice collaborating with other people event storming a fictional domain and experience its power and benefits, but also challenges.
You will also have the opportunity to ask questions and share experiences with other participants.
This is a hands-on activity and not a talk. Although we will share a little bit of theory, the goal of this workshop is to maximise practising for participants. It will be facilitated by four N26 engineers who are experienced with this technique.
As it is a hands-on workshop, attendance is quite limited. Please only RSVP if you are committed to come and make sure to decline if you have a change of plans, in order to free the spot for someone else.
