pdxFLIT March 2019: All About CSS (Rescheduled)

Details
We had to cancel our event in February due to inclement, but we've managed to reschedule our speakers and confirm another date! Are you looking to give your portfolio site a facelift? Do you have an enthusiastic passion for design or front end web development? This is the event for you! February's pdxFLIT event is all about CSS. We'll be featuring two awesome speakers who will give you all of the information and expertise needed to take your CSS skills to the next level.
Our first speaker is Jordan Levine! Jordan is a front end web developer and is deeply involved with Women Who Code and PDXNode. Her talk is called, "A Crash Course On Getting Started with CSS Animations".
Scott Vandahey is our second speaker. He'll be teaching us about modular CSS in his talk, "What is Modular CSS?". Scott is a front end architect and a CSS specialist. Scott also curates Twitter groups like FridayFrontEnd and CSSBasics and has a book called "How to Find a Better Job In Tech".
This month's event will be happening at Cvent. Cvent offers a variety of software solutions and tools for event planners. You can use their platform to boost event attendance, gain performance, and more! You can check out their website at https://www.cvent.com/. The company is also hiring for a variety of positions. Refreshments will be provided by our wonderful sponsors at Thinkful.
