March Berlin Podcasting Meetup

The Berlin Podcasting Meetup is back with another great opportunity to learn more about the local podcasting scene and meet some of your fellow audiophiles. Join us for an evening of speakers, entertainment networking!

SPEAKERS:

Soraya Sarhaddi Nelson of NPR & KCRW Berlin.

Abdulmohsen Algabbani will be discussing a recent documentary on the American podcasting ecosystem produced by a team of talented Saudi Arabian journalists.

Elizabeth Grenier, DW Culture online editor and reporter, has worked on different TV and radio shows. Originally from Montreal, she's been living in Berlin for over 12 years.

The first stories she did for Deutsche Welle, Germany's international broadcaster, were for a radio show — but shortly after, most of DW's radio programming was axed. Now DW is planning on launching new podcasts. She'll discuss the process of starting a podcast within this major media organization. And she's looking for contributors….
